Release notes
Small improvements to help you keep moving. Here’s what changed and
when each version became available.
What changed
- Two clear onboarding steps: talk with AI Coach, then review your habits and schedule before starting.
- Hide the keyboard while chatting or editing your plan, with improved bottom spacing and larger-text layouts.
- Record the full action or its small version, with clear completion and undo controls.
- Open the correct date in Journey and edit a habit directly from its assessment.
- Stop, retry, or save an interrupted Coach reply without losing the partial conversation.
- Clearer Premium allowances and calendar status symbols that work without color.
What you can do now
-
Your plan, before you start
AI Coach helps you find one small habit. Review the summary, adjust details if needed, and see your first scheduled day.
Available to everyone.
-
A clearer daily action
Today brings completion controls forward; Journey offers a direct way to adjust a habit.
Available to everyone.
-
Conversations that recover
Coach shows when it is waiting and lets you stop, retry, or save partial replies.
Uses the existing coaching allowance.
What changed
- Today is focused on your identity, today’s progress, and the actions directly in front of you.
- Journey now brings notes, milestones, comebacks, and monthly chapters together in one Your Story destination.
- Coach opens with one clear conversation choice plus quick ways to review your week or adjust your plan.
- Trusted Witness settings now live in Profile, with every share still initiated by you.
- Includes performance, accessibility, and reliability improvements.
What you can do now
-
Today, without the noise
The Today tab now centers the identity you are building, one daily completion ring, your scheduled actions, and a single completion moment.
The focused daily loop is available to everyone.
-
One place for your story
Journey combines notes, milestones, comebacks, and monthly chapters in Your Story while keeping the calendar and milestone plan close by.
Your Story is built from data stored on your device.
-
Ask Coach for what you need
Start one open conversation, review your week, or preview a small plan adjustment from a simpler Coach home.
Weekly reviews remain free. The existing monthly conversation allowance and Premium limits are unchanged.
-
Sharing stays a choice
Trusted Witness now lives with your settings in Profile instead of competing with your progress story.
Nothing is shared automatically; every message still uses the system share sheet you initiate.
What changed
- A clearer Today’s Votes board and optional Daily Context make the daily loop faster and more useful.
- Story Archive keeps every Month in Votes, while Evidence Timeline gathers meaningful notes, milestones, comebacks, and plan changes.
- What Helps You Show Up finds careful on-device associations after enough context-tagged days.
- Plan Tune-Up can review bounded 28-day aggregate counts, preview a small adjustment, and applies nothing until you confirm.
- Daily notes, context note text, IDs, and individual event dates are never sent in a Plan Tune-Up.
What you can do now
-
Today’s votes, at a glance
Scheduled actions now form a compact voting board with the anchor and two-minute version still close at hand.
The daily loop and optional Daily Context are free. Context is saved locally and can be backfilled for the prior seven days.
-
A story that stays yours
Story Archive preserves every Month in Votes. Evidence Timeline gathers context, action notes, milestones, comebacks, monthly stories, and confirmed plan adjustments without turning routine completions into a social feed.
Both personal-history views are free and built from data stored on your device.
-
Patterns with patience
What Helps You Show Up compares context-tagged scheduled days and describes up to three useful associations without claiming cause.
Patterns are computed on device only after at least 14 tagged scheduled days and enough comparison evidence.
-
A plan that can bend
Plan Tune-Up asks Coach for a small schedule, anchor, or kickstart adjustment based on a bounded trailing 28-day aggregate.
You see a field-by-field preview first. Cancel, timeout, or invalid output leaves the current plan unchanged.
-
A clear AI privacy boundary
Tune-Up requests exclude daily notes, context note text, local IDs, and individual event dates. The app shares only current action settings and aggregate counts after AI consent.
The privacy disclosure appears before the first AI request and can be turned off later in Profile.
What changed
- Coach openings now stream smoothly, matching the onboarding conversation.
- Faster, more reliable coaching and plan creation.
- Personalized reminders reflect your goals and unfinished daily actions.
- Clearer Premium subscription status and plan details.
- Performance, accessibility, and usability improvements.
What you can do now
-
Coaching without the wait
Coach openings appear immediately and replies stream into the conversation, grounded in your active identity and progress.
Ten check-ins each month are free; Premium adds unlimited coaching and memory across sessions.
-
A reminder that knows the next step
After you allow notifications, one daily reminder can name your goal or unfinished action, skip rest days, and stay quiet once you finish.
Choose the time that fits your routine or turn reminders off at any time.
-
Cast votes beyond the app
Log progress from Home and Lock Screen widgets, Siri, or optional Apple Health matches for workouts, steps, and mindful minutes.
Health matching is opt-in per action, and Health data stays on your device.
-
Progress that tells a story
Month in Votes recaps turn your history into a share-ready story. Premium Journey insights surface patterns and useful next steps.
Your personal history is analyzed locally on your device.
-
Grace when life happens
Seven clean action-days earn a shield that can protect your streak from a miss. Every action can still have a 120-Second Kickstart for busy days.
Free holds one earned shield; Premium can hold two.
-
Private and in your control
Opt in to a private iCloud backup, or celebrate progress with Someone in Your Corner through a share you initiate yourself.
No Resolution Companion account is required.
